Client
GALK / Willings
Hire “super engineers” from the Indian Institutes of Technology through GALK Internships — connecting Japan’s innovation ambitions with world-class STEM talent (alumni include CEOs of Google, IBM, and former Twitter).

Project Overview
GALK (by Willings) needed a high-trust Japanese corporate site that explains why IIT students matter, how the internship program works, and what results client companies see. We delivered a WordPress + Elementor experience with dedicated pages for the GALK Internship, case studies, IIT education content, FAQs, blog/news, document downloads, and contact — so HR and executives can go from curiosity to enquiry in one flow.

The Challenge
Japanese companies want world-class engineers, but hiring IIT talent can feel complex: selection quality, first-time foreign internships, visas, and onboarding. GALK needed a site that builds confidence with proof — case studies, FAQs, and a clear program story — not just aspirational branding.

Our Approach
We structured the site around three strengths (rigorous selection, client community, full Japan arrival support), then reinforced trust with case studies, IIT explainers, post-internship voices, FAQs, and blog content. Conversion CTAs — document download and contact — stay visible throughout.

The Impact
From Commerce Robotics to Diverta and Weathernews, GALK’s site showcases measurable internship outcomes and executive-level IIT credibility (Google / IBM / Twitter alumni). Prospects can explore cases, understand IIT, resolve objections via FAQ, then download materials or enquire.

Key Feature 1
Unique selection standards (top ~10% of 3,000+ applicants), a client community for shared know-how, and end-to-end Japan arrival/stay support — so HR burden drops while candidate quality stays high.

Key Feature 2
Dedicated case CPT pages and homepage highlights show real company outcomes across industries — including non-IT firms — plus post-internship feedback that reduces first-time hiring anxiety.

Key Feature 3
Document download and contact flows turn interest into sales conversations, supported by FAQ and blog content that answers common objections before the call.

Final Product
GALK now has a polished Japanese corporate platform that explains the internship value, proves results with cases and voices, educates buyers about IIT, and converts with clear download and contact paths — helping Japanese companies hire world-class engineering talent with confidence.
