Refund Policy
We believe in maintaining fairness and professionalism. Our refund policy ensures clarity and outlines conditions for refund eligibility:
When Refunds Are Applicable:
- Project Not Started: If a client cancels within 5 business days of payment and before the project has begun, a full refund is processed.
- Service Unavailable: If we are unable to fulfill the project requirements due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund will be initiated.
When Refunds Are Not Applicable:
- Work Commenced: Once work begins and resources are allocated, refunds are no longer available.
- Lack of Client Input: Delays or project issues due to incomplete client input or communication lapses do not qualify for refunds.
- Approval Granted: Once the client approves the final delivery, the project is considered complete and non-refundable.
Refund Process
- All eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are returned via the original payment method.
- A written request must be submitted to initiate the refund process.
