When Refunds Are Applicable:

  • Project Not Started: If a client cancels within 5 business days of payment and before the project has begun, a full refund is processed.
  • Service Unavailable: If we are unable to fulfill the project requirements due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund will be initiated.

When Refunds Are Not Applicable:

  • Work Commenced: Once work begins and resources are allocated, refunds are no longer available.
  • Lack of Client Input: Delays or project issues due to incomplete client input or communication lapses do not qualify for refunds.
  • Approval Granted: Once the client approves the final delivery, the project is considered complete and non-refundable.

Refund Process

  • All eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds are returned via the original payment method.
  • A written request must be submitted to initiate the refund process.
