A Lighthouse score is a useful diagnostic, but it is not the same as a fast experience for every user. Lab results can miss slow APIs, heavy third-party scripts, weak mobile networks, and interaction delays that appear in real sessions.
Measure the experience, not one test run
We combine lab testing with Core Web Vitals, field data, bundle analysis, server timing, and manual checks on representative devices. The goal is to identify the bottleneck users actually feel instead of chasing a perfect score in isolation.

" Performance work is successful when the product feels faster, not when one dashboard turns green. "
Measure landing, sign-in, search, checkout, and other high-value flows separately. Prioritize changes that improve those journeys, then use automated budgets to prevent regressions.
